Amplified the funding through Bank borrowings, minimized the credit period, utilized the large inventory pool, purchased the raw materials, augmented the 100% capacity utilization of the factory and thus automatically production capacity level up surged. Resolved labour concerned IR issues i.e. strikes, terminations, local politicians liasioning, threats etc.
And as the luck would have it, he parted ways for greener pastures but stayed in touch with his ex-boss through these days. And one fine day his ex-boss mustered up courage and asked for help, as they say a “friend in need is friend indeed”, he came back and re-joined for a year, just to help him in fund allocation management and commissioning of the new plant.
Noticeable aspect has been his steadfast commitment to get lured by new challenges and in next career switch he emphasized on import purchases by scouting strategic geographies, motivated local suppliers to cut cost & time, also delved as sales turnaround architect and marketing functions as it was a bespoke cash rich company. Recommended for purchase of a new plant exclusively on self – sustainable mode.
Turbocharging the owns burning ambitious growth plans provoked him for another job hop and here he excelled in Govt tender Business, International Trade Finance (Letter of Credit, Bid securities, Performance and Advance Bank Guarantees, Back to back LC transactions, Tax Compliance (Customs duty/VAT).
Effecting in cherry picked as Board Member and selected as Director for 3 Companies.
He has been deft in determining the company’s strategy and accountable for its performance. Possessed relevant industry experience, strategic and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as critical skills, especially when discussing sensitive or controversial topics. Also garnered ability to voice a knowledgeable opinion to the rest of the group in a diplomatic manner.
